Jeff originally made my husband’s wedding ring in 2000. Since then it had been stolen and as it was a very unique design I feared we would never be able to replicate it. 25 years later, 2025, we moved back to town and after visiting Jeff he was able to replicate the ring so I could surprise my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary!!! He cried like a baby! I can’t recommend Jeff enough for his knowledge and attention to quality and detail. Know this-if you want something done right and quality is a priority go see Jeff.

I needed a gold necklace repaired and Mr. Jeff fixed it up nice a quick for me! I couldn't have asked for better service or conversation during my visit. And the repair is perfect! I have my go to place for jewelry repairs. :)

great experience. I originally took my bracelet into a big name jeweler, just looking for them to repair the part of the bracelet that the clasp attaches to. they told me I would need an entirely new clasp & then said, we won't be able to fix the other end. Someone had told me of the jewelsmithe , he took one look at the bracelet & said "no problem, I'll have it done by Friday. Bracelet was repaired perfectly & at an extremely fair price. He was so personable & friendly, I would never take my jewelry anywhere else. I am a forever customer and I love supporting our small, local businesses.

The Jewel Smithe did an awesome job fixing my husbands necklace charm! He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and cost effective. Not only did he affix the ring to the top as I asked but he also built up the loop on the charm itself so that it would be sure to last much longer and be more structurally sound. He clearly takes pride in his work, works quickly and is such a kind individual. I loved working with him and absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking for jewelry repair and design.

Comparing the Jewelsmithe to any other jeweler would be the equivalent of comparing a Honda Civic to a classic 1932 Duesenberg SJ…. Something mass produced, decent quality but a dime a dozen versus a one of a kind piece of art with expert craftsmanship and built out of love to be admired for a lifetime (and more). It’s really that simple! Mr Lomax has created several one of a kind pieces for me, including my blue diamond engagement ring and matching bracelet, opal earrings and a timeless classic gold bracelet. Yes, I am a lucky woman who has a man with excellent taste and demands the highest quality jewelry and Mr Lomax fits that bill to a T. I highly recommend The Jewelsmithe of Southern Pines and Mr Lomax will forever be our jeweler.

I bought my engagement ring here today. It was a great experience. Jeff was funny, honest, and helpful. He sat us down, talked to us, joked with us, and then helped me find my perfect rings for an amazing deal. I’m really happy with my ring AND the experience. I would highly recommend Jewelsmithe. I had some pearls given to me 20 years ago and the clasp would never stay locked, so I couldn't wear them. I brought these pearls to Jeff to see if he could make them wearable for my daughter to wear on her wedding day. He was very honest and upfront, which is exactly what you want from a "master". He had a beautiful clasp that looks perfect and makes these pearls so much more than I dared to dream. They were restrung and updated perfectly. I can't wait to see them on my daughter on her big day. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. You are my jeweler now.

Jeff did such a Beautiful job on my ring. I had several prongs woren down and was about to lose the diamonds. He polished and made it look like it was new, instead of 44 yrs old. THANK YOU Jeff!!!
